Private Pilot Terms

Agreement and pilot scope
These terms are between you and Interplex Ventures, 16360 Grand Litchfield Dr Roswell, GA 30075. Cinch is an evaluation-stage collaboration service. The pilot is not a generally available service and includes no uptime, support-response, data-retention, or feature-availability SLA unless a separate signed order says otherwise.
Authorized use
You must be authorized to act for the organization whose tenant you create. You are responsible for invited users and workspace activity. Do not use Cinch for unlawful activity, abuse, security attacks, regulated data requiring a signed agreement, or highly sensitive production information during the pilot.
Customer data
You retain rights in content submitted to Cinch and grant us the limited right to host, copy, transmit, back up, and otherwise process it to operate and secure the service. You represent that you have the rights and notices needed to submit that content.
Confidentiality and feedback
Each party will use reasonable care with non-public information received from the other. You may provide feedback voluntarily; we may use it without restriction or payment, without identifying you publicly.
Security and availability
We use reasonable safeguards described on the security page, but no online service is risk-free. Pilot features may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn. Keep independent copies of information you cannot afford to lose.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend a tenant for abuse, security risk, nonpayment under a later order, legal requirement, or pilot expiration. Either party may end the pilot. On request, we will provide a reasonable export opportunity where practical and then process deletion subject to backups and legal retention.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the pilot is provided “as is” without implied warranties. Neither party is liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability arising from the free pilot will not exceed USD $100, except where a limitation is prohibited by law.
