Pilot Privacy Notice

Who operates Cinch
Cinch is operated by Interplex Ventures, 16360 Grand Litchfield Dr Roswell, GA 30075. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to privacy@cinchme.app.
Information we process
- Account information such as name, email, password hash, verification state, sessions, and profile details.
- Workspace content such as messages, reactions, channel membership, invitations, and settings.
- Service metadata such as timestamps, IP address, user agent, request identifiers, authentication events, and diagnostic logs.
- Trial administration such as organization name, tenant URL, seat limit, lifecycle status, and policy acceptance.
- For tenant-enabled huddles, end-to-end encrypted audio, camera, and screen-share media plus connection metadata such as session timing, approximate network location, traffic volume, and service diagnostics. LiveKit transports encrypted media but does not receive Cinch's room encryption key.
How and why we use it
We process this information to provide and secure Cinch, authenticate users, isolate customer tenants, deliver requested email, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, support users, administer trials, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use workspace content for advertising.
Browser storage
While you write, Cinch saves unfinished message drafts in this browser for up to 30 days so they can survive a refresh or channel switch. Drafts are isolated by account, workspace, conversation, and thread. They are not sent to Cinch's servers until you choose to send the message; clearing this site's browser data removes them.
Service providers and transfers
We use the providers listed on our subprocessor page for hosting, database, networking, DNS/security, transactional email, and—only for tenant-enabled huddles—managed encrypted realtime media transport. Pilot infrastructure is hosted in or operated from the United States, and realtime network routing may process connection metadata globally.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and workspace information while a trial is active and as reasonably needed for security, backup recovery, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Closing a tenant starts a controlled deletion process; backup copies age out under provider retention schedules. Ask for export or deletion through the data-request process.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion, and may object to or restrict certain processing where applicable. We may need to verify your identity and your authority over a workspace before acting.
Changes
Material changes will receive a new effective version. Cinch records the version accepted when a private trial is created.
