Make a request
Email privacy@cinchme.app from the address associated with your account. State whether you seek access, correction, tenant export, account deletion, or tenant deletion, and identify the tenant URL.
Verification and workspace authority
We verify account control before disclosing or deleting data. Tenant-wide export or deletion normally requires an active owner. We may contact other owners when a request affects their organization.
What to expect
We will acknowledge the request, explain any additional verification needed, and provide a target completion date. Exports are provided in a practical machine-readable format. Deletion removes active data and then ages out backup copies according to provider retention, except where law requires preservation.
